As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will provide exceptional support to our customers through our live chat system, assisting them with inquiries about our exquisite jewelry collections and ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:• Engage with customers via live chat, providing friendly and accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.• Assist customers with order inquiries, including processing, shipping information, and returns.• Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.• Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions in our system to assist future inquiries.• Stay informed about our product offerings and company policies to provide informed assistance.• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and share insights for continuous improvement.• Embody a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers to enhance satisfaction.
Requirements:• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.• No prior experience is needed; we provide training and support for new team members.• Strong written communication skills and a willingness to learn.• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools are advantageous.• A passion for luxury products and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
