- Associate Level position with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with customers through chat.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to provide solutions to customer issues.
- Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting, adapting to changes and new challenges as they arise.
- Proficiency in using chat software and other customer service tools to effectively communicate with customers.
