HCA Holdings is seeking a passionate and motivated Live Chat Officer to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and... concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in typing and using chat support software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
