Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage real-time customer interactions via live chat and messaging platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (graduates and undergraduates may apply).




  • Excellent written English communication skills.




  • Typing speed of at least 35–40 words per minute with high accuracy.




  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.




  • Customer-first mindset with a positive and empathetic attitude.




  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online shopping.




  • Proficiency in using computers, browsers, and chat software tools.




  • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously with efficiency.




  • Comfortable working in a structured, metric-driven environment.






Experience:




  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.




  • Previous experience in live chat, email, or customer support (e-commerce or BPO) will be an added advantage.




  • Experience in remote or virtual work environments is desirable but not mandatory.
