Job Description:
Pay Range: $134.93hr - $137.93hr
ā¢ Translate employee and manager workflows into tangible HR product opportunities.
ā¢ Independently build and test working prototypes (e.g. agent-based flows, lightweight apps, embedded LLM tools).
ā¢ Outline requirements for systems integrations between HR tools like Workday, Greenhouse, Qualtrics, RightAnswers, Airtable, Asana, etc.
ā¢ Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to identify HR/automation opportunities
ā¢ Evaluate third-party AI tools for HR vs. build pathways for core functionality
ā¢ Design quick pilots across decision support, communications, knowledge management, or resource planning.
ā¢ Define success metrics, track impact, and build product feedback loops
ā¢ Turn complex AI solutions into simple narratives that make sense to internal business stakeholders.
ā¢ Collaborate with BizTech, Legal, and InfoSec to ensure prototypes align with client s privacy, security, and ethics guardrails.
ā¢ Continuously help evolve our EX AI strategy as new insights, tech, and organizational needs emerge.
Skills:
ā¢ 8+ years in product management, with hands-on experience building or engineering AI/ML-powered tools or platforms.
ā¢ Proven ability to scope, build, and deliver rapid prototypes using LLMs, automation systems, or web-based tooling.
ā¢ Strong fluency in HR systems or organizational strategy (e.g., performance, recruiting, planning, or people analytics).
ā¢ Track record of translating complex, cross-functional needs into tested and shipped products.
ā¢ Utilize data to inform decisions ranging from design to measuring impact
ā¢ Scrappy and technically fluent comfortable writing basic scripts, chaining prompts, or standing up low-code tools to test ideas.
ā¢ Hands-on with tools like LangChain, LLMs, or vector databases or excited to learn them fast.
ā¢ Familiar with tech stacks across knowledge management, portfolio planning, HR/People tools.
ā¢ Experienced in serving internal audiences (e.g., EX, BizTech), not just external clients or end customers.
ā¢ Collaborative, systems-oriented, and skilled at connecting dots across people, processes, and platforms.
ā¢ Adept in visual storytelling, from Miro/Figma to slideware, and effective stakeholder comms.
