Job title: Internship - Data Analyst Intern Company: Live Action Job description: Job description Live Action seeks to hire a Data Analyst Intern to support data management for critical day-to-day projects and programs in the fundraising department. The Data Analyst Intern will support the Development Operations Specialist to ensure excellent donor and donation tracking and service. The Data Analyst Intern must be passionately committed to Live Action’s mission and must be inspired to do the best work of her/his life. This position offers the potential for growth and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, growing, and highly productive team. The position location is in Arlington, VA with potential to be remote. The Data Analyst Intern’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Support Gift Processing and Gift Data Import, Clean-Up, and Reporting for the Development Team, • Fully utilize the capabilities of Live Action’s CRM platform in the management of information and ensure completely accurate data tracking and reports, • Support CRM efficiency and donor record cleanliness, • Reporting on various aspects of the fundraising process, metrics, and goals, • Meet or exceed project deadlines and standards to support campaigns and donor cultivation. Requirements: • Dedicated to the pro-life mission, • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a data-heavy role, • Exceptional organizational skills, excellent ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and work independently, • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, • Extremely trustworthy and discreet with confidential materials, • Proficient in word processing and G Suite, Excel spreadsheets, and familiar with database use and web resources, • Experience in Google Analytics is a plus • Superb communication skills, verbal and written, • Aggressive attention to detail, • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
