Litigation Consultant - MN Licensed
A company is looking for a Litigation Consultant specializing in General Liability and Bodily Injury, with a preference for candidates in Minnesota or those seeking remote opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Review and act on reports/forms, respond to inquiries, and seek legal opinions for early resolution
ā¢ Handle high-end cases with serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios, developing strategies for resolution
ā¢ Coordinate with local counsel, manage settlements, and participate in mediations, trials, or hearings as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
ā¢ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred
ā¢ Ten years of experience handling litigation, including five years in claims management or equivalent education and experience
ā¢ Experience in identifying and formulating defense strategies
ā¢ Ability to manage subrogation opportunities and related processes
ā¢ Experience in coordinating with clients and legal counsel
