Litigation associate-Grand Rapids

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Litigation Attorney with a minimum of four years of experience to join our litigation team in Grand Rapids. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, and capable of handling complex litigation matters from start to finish. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with a diverse range of clients and colleagues, effectively navigating different communication styles, and ensuring positive and productive relationships throughout the litigation process. Our deep bench includes attorneys who are experienced in resolving a wide range of commercial disputes, including domestic and international business-to-business litigation, arbitration and mediation, ranging from supplier disputes to bet-the-company M&A cases, as well as defense of government investigations and white-collar criminal matters. Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of experience with excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing and analytical skills. Previous federal clerkship experience is strongly preferred. Must be licensed and in good standing in Michigan or eligible for admission, either by examination or waiver.
