Litigation Associate (2–5 Years Experience)

We are accomplished, experienced and credentialed class action practitioners, and we represent our clients in consumer protection, false labeling, unfair and deceptive practices cases as well as data privacy, technology and security matters including, but not limited to, data breaches, pixel tracking and claims under various consumer protection and privacy-related statutes. The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits. Position Overview We seek a talented, self-starter litigation associate with 2–5 years of experience who thrives in collaborative settings and is eager to contribute to precedent-setting class action litigation. This role offers hands-on experience in complex, high-stakes matters alongside a mission-driven team.
