Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor (Remote, Full-Time) – Paid Supervision + Collaborative Team

About Us: We Rise Mental Health Counseling Services, PLLC is a remote psychotherapy group practice serving clients across New York State. We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, relationship and identity challenges, and more—offering both individual and couples therapy. We’ve designed our practice to help Limited Permit Mental Health Counselors thrive: • Paid weekly group supervision—compensated at the full clinical rate of $40/hr • Ongoing 1:1 access to experienced, fully licensed LMHC supervisors • A collaborative, team-oriented environment with regular peer consultation and case support • Zocdoc-powered client referrals—no pressure to self-market • A dedicated billing and scheduling coordinator, so you can focus entirely on clinical work • Flexible, remote work schedule you design around your availability • Clinical autonomy with support when you need it What You'll Do: • Provide individual and couples psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches • Maintain timely and accurate documentation (notes, treatment plans, assessments) • Attend weekly group supervision (paid!) and ongoing team consultations • Coordinate care with psychiatry or other providers when clinically indicated • Comply with all ethical, legal, and professional standards • Build rapport with a diverse client base in a culturally responsive way • Use SimplePractice (EHR) for all clinical and administrative tasks What We're Looking For: • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling (required) • Limited Permit eligibility in New York State (required) • Strong interest in trauma-informed, evidence-based work • Clear, professional communication skills • Ability to manage a caseload with support and structure • Openness to feedback, collaboration, and reflective clinical growth • Bilingual or multilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply (not required) Conditions & Benefits: • W-2 employee status • $40/hour for all clinical sessions and group supervision • Paid time off • Flexible hours (you choose your schedule) • Professional development support available To Apply: Submit your resume/CV and a brief cover letter.
