Lifeline Team Lead or IBO

At Lotus Marketing LLC, we specialize in bridging the digital divide by connecting underserved communities to essential programs like Lifeline and the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). We're a mission-driven company that prioritizes field outreach — partnering with local organizations, attending community events, and going door-to-door to meet people where they are.
We operate a SIM-only campaign and currently have inventory ready to support serious growth. Our model is built for field teams, not call centers. We're looking to partner with US-based IBOs, agencies, and experienced Lifeline leaders who already manage a team of at least 5 active agents and are ready to scale.
Role Overview
We're seeking Lifeline Team Leads & Partners who:
• Have boots-on-the-ground teams working door-to-door, at events, or in high-traffic setups
• Are ready to take ownership of their team’s performance and expansion
• Want to grow with a company that provides full support, clear expectations, and ready-to-go SIM inventory
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support a field team of Lifeline agents
• Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to hit minimum daily activation goals
• Operate in approved public spaces, community events, or door-to-door
• Maintain and distribute SIM inventory efficiently
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with Lifeline program rules
• Attend weekly leadership calls and submit team reports
• Lead by example with hands-on field support
Requirements
• Experience in Lifeline (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Proven leadership skills managing a small sales team
• Must have reliable transportation
• Field-based team of at least 5 agents
• Must be based in the U.S. and eligible to work
