About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Life and Health Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on in-book sales—working with an existing portfolio of clients to grow and maintain life and health insurance product sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume insurance sales and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow an existing book of life and health insurance clients Proactively engage clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and support Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-volume sales environment Work Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time; flexible scheduling on other weekdays with potential for later hours Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and accurate policy processing Qualifications: Extensive experience in life and health insurance product sales, preferably in a high-volume setting Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and compliance requirements Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and work within specified hours Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Proficient with ECRM and sales tracking tools What We Offer: Competitive commission structure with performance incentives Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development Flexible scheduling outside mandatory hours Opportunity to work with a reputable insurance provider If you are a driven sales professional with a passion for life and health insurance and the ability to work scheduled hours consistently, we want to hear from you!
