Life Claims Examiner (NOT MEDICAL)

We’re seeking a Life Claims Examiner to support our growing team during an exciting period of expansion, including recent transitions from a major acquisition. What You’ll Do: • Investigate life claims with accuracy and care • Locate and communicate with beneficiaries • Apply critical thinking to resolve complex claim scenarios • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process What We’re Looking For: • Experience in Life, waiver of premium, AD&D, STD or LTD claims (Medical/Dental claims experience not applicable) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Proven customer service experience • Detail oriented and ability to communicate with detail • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Why Join Us: • 100% remote work flexibility • Be part of a mission-driven company with a strong reputation in the insurance industry #westpriority25 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellevue, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
