Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Benefits Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting clients with understanding and selecting the best benefits options tailored to their needs. This position requires strong analytical skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to navigate the complexities of benefits administration while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Duties
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored benefits solutions that align with their requirements.
• Educate clients on various benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, and retirement options.
• Assist in the sales administration process by maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and promote our benefits offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA, while handling sensitive client information.

Experience
• Previous experience in benefits administration or a related field is preferred.
• Strong background in sales, particularly in retail or outside sales environments.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to analyze complex information and present it clearly to clients.
• Excellent customer service skills with a track record of building strong client relationships.

Pay: $63,633.00 - $70,269.00 per year
