### Qualifications
Required
Master's degree or higher in a related field
Active LICSW, LMHC, or LCMHC license in the State of Vermont (VT)
Access to the necessary technology including a computer, webcam, and reliable internet, as well as a private and quiet space for session conduct
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Availability for full-time hours
Preferred
More than 1 year of experience in areas such as:
Telehealth
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Evidence-Based Practice
Outpatient Experience
### Key Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based treatment to a diverse patient population.
Deliver a variety of mental health services to support individual recovery plans, primarily using telehealth platforms.
Conduct intake assessments and offer individual, group, and family therapy as required.
Perform mental health assessments, counseling sessions, referrals, and intervention services.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
### Scheduling and Work Environment
Fully remote with flexible scheduling options.
Create your own work hours between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), seven days a week.
Required to work until 8:00 p.m. on two days per week or to complete four-hour shifts on weekends.
No on-call duties are required.
