Job Description Remote Position available in All U.S. States except AK, CA, CO, VT, WY As a Licensed Under 65 Group Sales Representative, you will help support those in need of Group coverage. You will apply your insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: • Active Life & Health License required Key Responsibilities: Calling, presenting, and selling Insurance products across an array of carriers Calling on Provided Leads, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs and market appropriate product and services Achieving sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling products Establishing client relationships and following up with customers as needed Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day Providing a positive customer experience Supervisory Responsibilities: This job does not have supervisory duties. Education and Experience: At least 2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred Excellent work ethic and adherence to work schedule Ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable for your performance while adhering to your work schedule Able to navigate multiple computer programs at one time Reliable internet with plug-in ethernet/network cable and a dedicated workspace in your home; Allstate will provide all the equipment HS Diploma or GED is required Functional Skills: Telephone and inside sales Selling to customer needs Self-starter with a strong work ethic Goal oriented, highly motivated, and results driven Ability to close leads and achieve results Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrates ability to market and sell in multi-product environment where cross-selling and customer retention is essential Demonstrates ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening Ability to have success working Internet based leads Ability to multi-task, follow through and follow-up Motivated individual who works well independently Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Bilingual (Spanish/English) speakers are needed, however, this is not a requirement Compensation: This position starts at a $15/hr base + Uncapped Commission. Average First Year Earnings: $60,0000.00 - $70,0000.00 Average Second Year Earnings: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00+ Skills Customer Centricity, Digital Literacy, Inclusive Leadership, Learning Agility, Results-Oriented Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $14.57 - 17.02 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
