[Remote] Full time: ServiceNow Enterprise Architect || REMOTE

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect for a remote role. The successful candidate will design solutions for the ServiceNow platform and oversee the overall design of a large-scale enterprise application, ensuring best practices are followed. Responsibilities • Designing solutions for the ServiceNow platform • Responsible for the overall design of a large-scale enterprise application using best practices • Creating technical solutions • Developing technical documentation and implementation guides in liaison with the company’s Enterprise Architect Skills • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions • 5+ years' experience in an Enterprise environment with multiple integration points • 5+ years' experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions • 5+ years' experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow solutions • Excellent understanding of ITIL processes • 5+ years' experience with web technologies • 5+ years' experience with industry standard productivity tools (Excel, Visio etc.) • Experience collaborating with virtual teams across multiple regions • Experience using mainstream development methodologies e.g. waterfall and agile • Expert-level diagramming (Visio) • Experienced facilitator, prepare and facilitate interviews and workshops, being creative in choosing the right format to ensure stakeholder buy-in • ServiceNow – Certified Technical Architect (CTA) • ServiceNow – Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ITIL foundation • ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – (CIS-ITSM) • CST candidates preferred • Global experience is a plus • ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer (CAD) – (CIS-ITSM) Company Overview • For over 26+ years Prudent Technologies & Consulting has been helping customers secure the technical and functional resources needed to deliver mission-critical IT & Business initiatives.
