Compensation
$123,500+ At-Plan Commission

• Manage and convert a pipeline of motivated buyers and sellers.
• Price homes accurately and create compelling listings with team support.
• Negotiate winning deals and guide clients through seamless transactions.
• Consistently engage as a team member, attend regular training, and leverage mentorship to stay on top of market trends and best practices.
• Deliver 5-star client experiences that foster referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications
• Active North Carolina Real Estate License (Required).
• Proficiency with MLS and CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Tech-savvy and highly driven with a commitment to excellence.
