Sr Software Engineer (Mobile Apps)

What's the role?: In this role: You will be closely working with our team to create and to deliver world-class technical documentation. You will create new applications for our new and upcoming products, but also maintaining our existing product's documentation including a set of examples apps for Android, iOS, Flutter and C++. You will work with other teams in the company to deploy and deliver applications, technical guides, API references and open source code for our products, but also customer engineering products. You will create and maintain Python scripts, and develop code for the main mobile and automotive platforms that are location-aware, as well as demo applications to support our customers, and deliver this code also to our customers via platforms like GitHub and GitLab. Who are you?: You are an experienced Software Engineer with a passion for writing and reading, and you are willing to take on the challenge of joining an agile organization that is doing ground breaking work in the world of location services. Moreover, you should bring along the following skills: 5+ years of relevant work experience in the software industry. Strong knowledge of mobile development platforms such as Android, iOS or Flutter. Fluent programming experience in C++, Kotlin, Java, Swift or Dart Deep understanding of APIs, SDKs, and application design principles. Proven experience with writing concise texts on technical topics, for example, writing for a blog. Documenting and presenting your work. Skilled in applying LLMs and AI toolchains to automate, accelerate, and enhance engineering tasks. Open to learn new things, strengthen your software development skills, enjoy working and doing research in a tech team. Good communication skills and fluent command of the English language.
