Licensed Real Estate Agents & Brokers – 70/30 Split | Residential, Commercial & Land | Remote | 1099 Contractor

Job Summary:
As a Licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker at DIG Real Estate, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions — while managing your business independently under a flexible commission-based structure.
Agents will handle their own clients and marketing while optionally receiving support from DIG, including branding, AI-enhanced tools, CRM systems, and leads from our government and investment divisions.
Services You’ll Work In:
• Residential
• Commercial
• Land sales & acquisitions
• Government leasing (optional)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate
• Negotiate contracts, manage paperwork, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Utilize market data and DIG technology to provide strategic insights
• Maintain active listings, research opportunities, and manage your own book of business
• Provide outstanding service to build long-term client relationships
• Optionally close DIG-provided leads related to government or investment deals
Compensation:
• 70/30 split on self-generated deals
• 60/40 split on DIG-supplied leads
• Flat fee or 15–20% profit share on government or wholesale deals
• No desk fees | 100% remote | 1099 contractor model
Requirements:
• Active real estate license in any U.S. state
• Experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and real estate compliance
• Organized and capable of managing multiple transactions
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
