What You’ll Do • Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties with expert advice and genuine care. • Conduct showings and open houses that showcase our listings at their very best. • Create and execute effective marketing strategies to generate interest and attract qualified buyers or renters. • Negotiate offers while always protecting your clients’ best interests. • Stay informed on local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments. • Maintain full compliance with Fair Housing laws and industry regulations. • Provide exceptional communication and follow-up from first contact to closing. • Manage listing details, contracts, and client records with accuracy and efficiency. • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, appraisers, and other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transactions. What We’re Looking For • Sales or customer service experience required; real estate experience. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Familiarity with real estate marketing tools and techniques. • Understanding of Fair Housing laws and industry regulations. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and listings at once. • Prior real estate transaction experience preferred. • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. • Active real estate license required.
