**Experienced Account Manager – E-commerce Growth and Market Development**

With a strong presence in the USA and a growing presence in Costa Rica, we're expanding our team to meet the demands of our rapidly growing business. **The Role** As an Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of our 3P market in the USA. You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Specifically, you'll be responsible for: * Conducting market research to identify product selection gaps and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform * Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new sellers and grow our product selection facet and customer base * Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives * Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems **Key Responsibilities** * Growing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts * Figuring out, prospecting, and obtaining high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations * Guiding dealers through sharing best practices of online selling, consisting of statistics-driven insights that help dealers obtain high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives * Taking part with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems **Primary Qualifications** * A Bachelor's degree is required * Perfect applicants should own 1 to 3 years of success enterprise sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, generation, retail, FMCG industries * Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused process * Enjoy promoting nascent merchandise/offering into new markets is strongly favored * Advanced communication and presentation abilities, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and be very enthusiastic about success and winning * Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with sturdy written and oral communication talents * Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative abilities * At ease with complex economic data.
