This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Medication administration
G-tube care & feedings
Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort
Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family
Offering companionship and encouragement throughout the day
Schedule:Qualifications:
Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Pediatric & G-tube experience
CPR certification (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
