About the Role:
Collect and record patient information, including medical records and insurance details
Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature and other health metrics
Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians
Provide wound care and dressing changes as needed
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
Assist patients with daily living activities, including dressing and personal hygiene
Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
Valid state LPN license
Strong teamwork and communication skills
In good standing with the State Registry
