Brave Health is stepping up to close this gap by making mental health care accessible, affordable, and life-changing for all.Job description We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program!Benefits: Our team works 100% remotely from their own homes!W2, Full-timeCompensation package includes a base plus bonus! $66k-$100k earning potential.Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends!Liability insurance covered and annual stipend for growth & education opportunitiesWe not only partner with commercial health plans, but are also a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider and see patients across the lifespanRequirements: Brave licensed therapists may be based anywhere in the US, but must have an active FL license to get started. Don't yet have one of these licenses but interested? Let's talk! Brave will provide reimbursement for associated licensure fees for new hires.Master's level degree (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent credential)Eligibility to work in the United StatesWork from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposesFluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plusMeets background/regulatory requirementsSkills:Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosisTreatment planningComfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication toolsExperience working in partnership with clients to achieve goalsAbility to utilize comprehensive assessmentsReady to apply?
