Job Overview
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering and modifying data within our digital databases, transferring information from paper documents to digital spreadsheets, and ensuring the accuracy of your entries through meticulous double-checking. This is a temporary, contract position that offers 40 hours of work per week for a duration of 6 months. Upon successful completion of your contract, you may be considered for a full-time role, providing a potential pathway for long-term career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to data protection protocols
Entering customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents within specified deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Compiling, verifying, and organizing information based on priorities to prepare it for computer entry, utilizing analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve any discrepancies
Reviewing data for errors or deficiencies, correcting incompatibilities when possible, and checking the final output to guarantee high-quality results
Researching and gathering additional information for incomplete documents, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to data management
Applying data program techniques and procedures, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry standards
Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security and integrity


Qualifications and Requirements
To excel as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in academic achievement
Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, showcasing proficiency in Word, Excel, and other applications
Strong understanding of data entry principles and practices, including data management tools and software
Proficiency in touch typing, with a high level of accuracy and speed
