Your work will help empower clients by giving them the information they need to make informed, confident decisions about the properties they are purchasing.nKey Responsibilities:nnConduct comprehensive home inspections with an eye for detail and high-quality execution.nProvide ancillary services such as sewer scope inspections, radon testing, mold assessments, and termite inspections.nOffer exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and effectively with clients, real estate agents, and others involved in the transaction.nReview inspection findings, explain issues to clients clearly and understandably, and provide practical recommendations.nMaintain professional appearance and attitude, demonstrating the Burgess Inspections commitment to the Golden Rule and Enjoy Serving Others.nnPosition Requirements:nnPrior experience in residential home inspections preferred.nStrong knowledge of residential home systems.nExceptional attention to detail, time management skills, and commitment to high-quality work.nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.nAbility to interact professionally with clients and real estate agents.nPositive attitude, great presence, and strong energy that reflect our company values.nAbility to deliver consistent, quality customer service.nProficiency with computers and inspection software.nReliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance.nMust be able to pass background and driving checks.nBilingual a plus.nCommercial experience is a plus.nnBenefits: At Burgess Inspections, we believe in not only empowering our clients but also empowering our employees.
