Amazon Product Setup Assistant

Job Description: We are the premier internet retailer of personalized gifts for life's celebrations. We utilize highly complex and technologically advanced functional printing and finishing equipment to personalize our giftware, including state-of-the art Laser Engraving, Embroidery and Sandblast Equipment, to Inkjet Printers, UV Flatbed Printers, Direct-to-Garment Machines, and other Large Format Printers. The position of Jr. Product Setup Assistant is a hands-on role that focuses specifically on taking the existing assortment and on-boarding products and designs into our Amazon and other 3rd Party Seller Portal. Responsibilities: • Review current products for functionality / ability to transfer to Amazon and other 3rtd Party Seller Portal • Preparing jobs for production including: minor cleaning of artwork, typesetting, image processing and editing • Able to follow department procedures to produce quality product that meet customers' expectations • Establish and maintain graphic standards for a variety of different customers • Ensure jobs are processed and output correctly • Inspect printed material and workflow settings for correct color and correct imposition • Willing to troubleshoot minor equipment and workflow issues. • Work in concert with the Corporate Channel Specialist and Product Engineering Teams to efficiently design for the Amazon platform, identify hurdles to product setup, and implement solutions to offer a large product offering on-line. Requirements: Required Skills and Abilities: • Functional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and other graphic application programs (Corel). • Very basic understanding of computer coding HTML / JavaScript • Working knowledge of digital printing presses and/or wide format printing equipment workflow a plus Experience / Education: • Associates Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent field. • Or 1-2 years of relative work experience. The expected salary range for this position is $20-$26 hourly. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
