Job Details:
ā¢ Active Texas General Lines Life, Accident and Health License required
ā¢ Remote work opportunity available in the state of Texas
ā¢ Bilingual (Spanish) skills is required for this position
ā¢ Benefits: health, dental and vision
ā¢ Assess healthcare needs and build comprehensive plan benefit options.
ā¢ Match consumers' needs with a variety of name brand Insurance carrier's products using a consumer-centric selling approach.
ā¢ Participate in inbound and outbound call campaigns to service prospective clientele.
ā¢ Call prospective clients and schedule appointments to speak with a licensed agent.
ā¢ Work independently and within a team environment to achieve sales and contact target goals daily.
Qualifications:

ā¢ High School Diploma or GED
ā¢ The candidate must exhibit confidence and model a high level of professionalism and integrity.
ā¢ Excellent level of personal organization skills with superior telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
ā¢ Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs while providing a perfect consumer experience
ā¢ Available to work full-time
ā¢ Bi-lingual preference, Spanish as a second language
ā¢ Event Experience i.e. working a booth, or table at events
