WHAT IS A 1099 POSITION?
This is a 100% commission-based career where you earn a percentage of every sale you make. We provide our team with opportunities for bonuses and advancements, but the rest is up to you. What you earn on a yearly basis is fully dependent on the time and effort you put into building your book of business and maintaining client relationships.

WHAT IS AN INDEPENDENT AGENT?
As an independent agent, you are responsible for contacting prospects, building personalized insurance packages, answering questions about coverage and carriers, communicating professionally, and growing and maintaining your own book of business.

Licensing Requirements
You are required to obtain a license in Health and Life Insurance in order to start selling. We can provide you with the tools and guidance to achieve this step. Agents are also reqired to have their own E&O policy.

- Reliable, high-speed internet connection
- Access to a desktop computer or laptop (no Chromebooks)
- Quiet and secure environment for training, making calls and helping clients
