Job Description CA Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Telehealth (Hybrid option is available). Minimum two years of experience. The Role We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide outpatient psychiatric services to adults (ages 18+) in a fully remote telehealth setting. A hybrid setting is also an option if the Practitioner prefers. We are a small, values-driven team where compassion, clinical excellence, and flexibility come first. Full-time benefits are offered for those working 30+ hours/week. What You'll Do • Conduct comprehensive 60-minute initial psychiatric evaluations for adult patients (18+). • Provide 30-minute medication management follow-up visits via secure telehealth platform. Minimum Requirements • PMHNP licensed in California. A minimum of two years of post-licensure outpatient psychiatric experience is required. New graduates are not eligible for this position. • Board Certified as a PMHNP. • DEA license MUST BE ACTIVE AND CURRENT (required to apply). • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote telehealth environment. A hybrid option is available for the right candidate. • Tech Savvy, excellent computer skills, and willingness to learn new systems (we provide training). • Friendly, compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
