Skills and Competencies• 2-4 Years of experience in software development, systems integration, data engineering, or workflow automation• Proficiency in Python for API calls, data transformation, and automation• Strong understanding of REST/OData APIs, authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, API keys), and data formats such as JSON and XML• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences while providing clear guidance and troubleshooting support• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and iterate quickly from prototype to production• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and low-code automation platforms

Education• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent technical experience

Responsibilities• Develop and deploy AI agents to streamline People team processes• Build and enhance automation using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Python tools, and emerging AI technologies• Enable and support People system integrations across SuccessFactors, Cornerstone LMS, Workday, Glint, and Microsoft 365• Serve as a technical resource for API usage, authentication flows, data models, and integration patterns• Deliver technical training and documentation for stakeholder enablement• Troubleshoot People Systems platform issues related to integrations or data layer• Stay current with AI advancements and contribute to proof-of-concepts and innovation initiatives
