About this role: Wells Fargo Auto is seeking a Lending Operations Associate Manager to join our internal Remarketing team. The successful candidate for this role will demonstrate the ability to lead a group of motivated employees. In this role, you will: Supervise the daily activities of Loan Servicing Representatives to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance in the Remarketing functional area Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development Make day to day supervisory or tactical decisions related to Lending Operations functional area Resolve issues related to vehicle transport, auction scheduling and other areas within the Remarketing process Ensure compliance with Wells Fargo investor, legal, regulatory, or... business policies Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Lending Operations Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Posting Locations: Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to one of the locations listed on the job posting: 2501 S. Price Rd., CHANDLER, AZ Relocation assistance is not available for this position *Posting may close early due to volume of candidates Required Qualifications: 2 years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 1 years of Leadership experience Desired Qualifications: Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills Leadership skills including: coaching, training, and mentoring Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change Ability to identify risk exposures and propose solutions Solid conflict management and decision-making skills Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency Ability to track and report, help identify and streamline processes Experience dealing with escalated complaints Ability to communicate effectively with leadership Knowledge and understanding of Auto lending policies, and procedures Job Expectations: Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Posting End Date: 27 Jun 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
