Legal Sales Professional
Dracup & Patterson, a California-based law firm, is seeking a Legal Sales Professional with at least 10 years of experience to handle and screen incoming client inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who understands how law firms operate and excels at client interaction and legal intake.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—answering calls, responding to emails or web inquiries, conducting initial consultations, assessing legal needs, and directing each inquiry to the appropriate attorney based on practice area and availability.

Dracup & Patterson has been handling legal matters since 1990 throughout California, including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose and Sacramento. Our experienced attorneys are highly experienced and specialize in a broad range of practice areas.
Qualifications:
• You went to law school but didn’t take or pass the bar, or you've been a paralegal for 10+ years and have experience fielding and qualifying incoming calls
• You’re comfortable talking with potential clients and asking the right questions
• You’ve handled intake or case screening before in a law firm setting
Compensation:
Pay is highly competitive, based on experience and skill level, and consists of a base + bonus.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
