Legal Sales

Remote Full-time
We are looking for a Legal Sales expert with strong attention to detail to join our team in El Segundo, California. In this role, you will focus on fostering relationships with law firms of all sizes and promoting a range of class action and mass tort administration services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine legal expertise with business development strategies to drive revenue and client engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities within the legal sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued revenue growth and satisfaction.
• Lead the preparation and facilitation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new contracts.
• Collaborate with internal consulting teams to create accurate estimates, select team members, and oversee client engagements.
• Educate potential clients on the company’s class action and mass tort administration services, as well as other offerings.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and clients, ensuring accurate tracking within the company’s CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends by attending conferences, monitoring competitors, and evaluating market strategies.
• Organize networking events and target key decision-makers to expand the company’s reach.
• Participate in regular team meetings to review pipeline activity, coordinate proposals, and discuss business development efforts.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in the legal industry, such as as an attorney, paralegal, or within legal operations.
• Strong background in business development, including generating leads and managing client relationships.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; a Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred.
• Knowledge of class action and mass tort processes is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business goals.
• Proficiency in maintaining and utilizing CRM systems for tracking prospects and clients.
• Willingness to travel as needed for conferences, client meetings, and networking opportunities.

Compensation
$100,000.00-$145,000.00 Yearly
