**Position Overview**

The Legal Operations & Technology Analytics Specialist is a key enabler of the legal department's efficiency and innovation, ensuring the successful integration of technology and data-driven decision-making in legal workflows. Reporting to the Legal Operations Manager, this role is critical to optimizing legal department workflows through technology, analytics, and process innovation. This position manages the contract lifecycle management system, leverages data analytics to drive actionable insights, supports technology adoption, and leads projects to enhance operational efficiency. Acting as a bridge between Legal, IT, and business stakeholders, the Specialist ensures seamless implementation and ongoing improvement of legal technology solutions while maintaining data security and confidentiality.

• *Job Description**
• *Responsibilities**

+ Manage and oversee our contract lifecycle management system, including system administration, user training, workflow updates, and continuous improvement of processes related to contract drafting, review, approval, execution, and archival.

+ Identify opportunities for streamlining legal operations workflows by leveraging automated and AI-powered solutions. Lead initiatives to reduce redundancies and shorten contract lifecycle times, including improvements across drafting, negotiation, approvals, signature, and archival phases.

+ Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to extract insights from legal data. Develop, implement, and manage key operational metrics and dashboards to measure contract management performance and other legal KPIs. Generate reports and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

+ Work closely with Legal Operations Counsel to identify, measure, and report on metrics and KPIs. Measure and report on effectiveness of implemented solutions; collect feedback and performance data to refine workflows and technology adoption strategies.

+ Work closely with Legal Operations Manager to strategize and implement technology-based solutions aimed at improving workflows and knowledge management across the legal department.

+ Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end users. Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation to ensure high adoption and effective use of technologies.

+ Lead or actively participate in legal technology projects from initiation through completion. Map data between source systems and repositories to support system integrations, migrations, and validations, ensuring data integrity throughout.

+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives within timelines and budgets.

+ Stay current with legal technology trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices. Recommend innovative tools and strategies for continuous enhancement of legal operations.

+ Serve as a liaison between Legal, IT, and business units to facilitate successful rollouts of new technology and process changes. Communicate system updates, best practices, and workflows to end users and stakeholders regularly.

+ Collaborate with Information Security and Legal teams to maintain data confidentiality and system security.
• *Required Skills/Education**

+ **Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.**

+ **2-3 years experience with contract lifecycle management systems and legal operations workflows**

+ **Proficiency with PowerBI, Excel, and other analytics tools**

+ Experience in innovating systems or workflows and increasing efficiency through the use of technology

+ Demonstrated ability to manage technology projects and coordinate cross functional teams.

+ Strong analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

+ $71,611.00 to $101,000.00 depending on experience
