Job Description:
We are seeking a Certified Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, review, and submission of visa-related documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This position offers remote work flexibility, with the potential to set your own hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and oversee the preparation of legal documents and paperwork submitted by clients to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Assist in the development and optimization of internal processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of document preparation.
Collaborate with our team to ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to travel visa applications and legal document preparation.
Provide guidance and support to clients regarding documentation requirements and the application process.
Qualifications:
Certified Immigration Consultant or willing to become certified at the companys expense (https://www.sos.ca.gov/business-programs/special-filings/immigration-consultant-checklist).
Previous experience as a legal document preparer or paralegal is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of travel visa processes is advantageous but not required.
