As a Legal Engineer - Agent Deployment, you will act as a legal subject matter expert, guiding clients through complex compliance challenges and ensuring they maximize the value of the Norm Ai platform. Responsibilities Drive Client Success: Actively participate in and help lead client onboardings, ensuring a smooth adoption of the Norm Ai platform. Serve as the regulatory and compliance expert in client engagements, providing personalized support and ensuring clients derive maximum value from the platform Regulatory Expertise and Analysis: Offer sophisticated insights on regulatory and compliance matters, connecting these insights to the platform’s capabilities and the client’s unique needs. Leverage our internal tools to further tailor our automated analysis of regulations to our clients' needs Strategic Advocacy: Capture, organize, and present feedback that shapes product enhancements and improves client outcomes Build Client Trust: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor by proactively addressing challenges and identifying opportunities to add value Custom Solutions: Develop tailored solutions, including preparing collateral, reviewing regulatory documents, and providing clients with actionable advice specific to their industry and organizational goals Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve potential client issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful outcomes. Resolve any issues in a timely manner, engaging other internal resources as needed.
