Segment outreach efforts to tailor communications and educational materials to the specific needs of different referral sources, leveraging CRM software and digital communication tools. Provide virtual in-service demonstrations of our technology offerings, highlighting key features and benefits to educate referral sources and drive adoption.Investigate and report on the outcomes of outreach efforts, creating transparency and using findings to inform future strategies and optimize results. Serve as a point of contact for user support inquiries related to our technology, ensuring timely and effective resolutions and exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, drive business growth, and achieve company objectives. Other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of arenaflex.Essential Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including referral sources, customers, and internal teams. Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business results and enhance customer engagement. Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer outreach, relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles, marketing, and customer engagement. Ability to analyze data and outcomes to support strategic decisions, drive business growth, and optimize results, with a strong focus on metrics-driven decision making.Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospitals, physician practices, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and build strong relationships with referral sources.
