Legal and Compliance Analyst

As a Legal & Compliance Analyst, you will ensure regulatory adherence, manage contracts, and maintain company policies within a high-visibility team. Responsibilities Own contract and agreement management end to end — tracking, redlining, and execution Ensure regulatory compliance across multi-state PUC filings, renewals, and reporting Build and maintain SOPs, compliance trackers, and internal documentation Partner with leadership on financial oversight, process improvement, and special projects Review, redline, and manage NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and RFPs Maintain document trackers and monitor SLA adherence Coordinate with regulatory counsel on state energy filings and PUC compliance Identify and respond to publicly available RFPs; support cross-functional initiatives Skills 1-2+ years in compliance, legal ops, or a related operations role Experience reviewing and redlining contracts (NDAs, MSAs, or similar) Highly organized — has built or maintained trackers, SOPs, or compliance systems Strong written communicator; comfortable owning work independently Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and Notion Benefits 15 days but highly flexible All major holidays Half day on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Thursday & following Friday fully off 12/24 - 1/2 Company break (Subject to be longer, but at minimum, all employees can expect this time off) Health - We cover 50% of your monthly premium cost Dental - We cover 50% of your monthly premium cost Vision - We cover 50% of your monthly premium cost Basic Term Life & AD&D insurance policy- We cover 100% Employer match 20% of total contribution on up to 5% of salary Work from home on Fridays 20 work from home days per year (in addition to WFH Fridays) Gym membership at on-site gym facilities Frequent company events Company Overview Energy CX is an energy brokerage company that offers energy procurement, sustainability solutions and utility services.
