• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client policies and workflow procedures raising questions as needed to facilitate clarity, alignment, and best practices.
• Respond to requests for client data from law enforcement and other third parties pursuant to client policies, processes, and applicable law.
• Collaborate with team members to identify, recommend, and implement improvements to both ZGSS internal and client processes, procedures and policies that add value and drive the success of our clients.
• Accurately record time worked utilizing both timekeeping systems on a daily basis.
• Manage time effectively and communicate any obstacles to completing assigned tasks.
• This job description is not all-encompassing. The duties and responsibilities outlined above are intended to provide a general overview of the position.

• Ideally 2+ years of relevant experience in the legal or compliance field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to maintain focus for extended periods, to ensure accurate, effective results.
• Clear communication and active listening skills that encourage the open exchange of ideas and aligning messages with your audience.
• Capable of building positive, respectful relationships, establishing trust and credibility, and assuming the best intentions in others.
• Demonstrated resilience in overcoming challenges, staying positive, and recovering from setbacks.
• Analytical and critical thinker who applies strong judgment to make well-informed decisions.
• Enhanced self-awareness, welcome feedback, and leverage insights to foster growth and enhance your skills.
• Willing and able to maturely work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, and adult content.
