The EdD program in Learning and Organizational Change is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become effective leaders and change agents in various educational settings.

Key Responsibilities


Teach courses in the EdD in Learning and Organizational Change program remotely during evening hours
Develop and deliver high-quality course materials, assignments, and assessments
Mentor students engaged in research dissertations focused on a problem-of-practice
Participate in program meetings and contribute to the development of the EdD program
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives


Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:


An earned doctorate in education, organizational change, or a related discipline
Evidence of excellence in teaching at the university level
The ability to mentor students engaged in research dissertations focused on a problem-of-practice


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience in teaching online or hybrid courses
Familiarity with adult learning theory and pedagogy
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits

The budgeted salary range for this position is $5,000.00-$6,000.00 per course. As a Baylor University employee, you will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:
