Learning Partnerships Lead, Cloud Learning Services, Go-To-Market

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management, client services, or management consulting.
• 4 years of experience managing engagements with external partners, customers, vendors, or EdTechs, negotiating agreements, scoping requirements, prioritizing requests, and helping to define program strategy.
• Experience with contract negotiations.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
• Experience with thought leadership and execution on complex external partnership engagements, and ability to think big and challenge the status quo, while driving execution.
• Experience in and passion for the learning and... skilling space.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, strong executive presence, and high proficiency in structuring analysis and executive communications.

About the job

As a Learning Partnerships Lead, you will be core to Google Cloud Learning Service's efforts to help address the large and growing skills shortage that presents a barrier to Google Cloud's growth. You'll contribute to our mission "to make it easy for anyone, anywhere to learn the skills to succeed with Google Cloud technology" through strategic EdTech and Google Cloud customer partnerships.

In this role, you will work closely with Cloud Learning counterparts in Go-to-Market, Content, Product, Training and Publication, Cloud Legal and Communications, and regional Cloud Sales teams to help strengthen and grow the Cloud Learning Partnerships strategy. You will support the on-demand EdTech channel partner strategy to expand access to Cloud Learning and execute the global expansion of the Affiliate Employer program to connect Google Cloud customers and partners to Google Cloud-credentialed talent.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
• Develop and drive partner management with EdTech cross-functionally to strengthen channel partner engagements.
• Partner closely with the regional CLS Go-to-Market teams and Cloud Sales teams to plan and execute the strategy to scale the Google Cloud Affiliate Employer Program to priority markets.
• Drive success of the Cloud Affiliate Employer Program globally to connect Google Cloud customers and partners to entry-level, Google Cloud-credentialed talent.
• Develop data-driven insights to inform strategic partnership decisions (e.g., market and partner prioritization, success metric measurement, ROI).
• Structure and facilitate complex agreements with partners, including term negotiation, agreement review and drafting, and project management
