Learning & Development Intern

Location: India (Remote) Reports to: Manager, Learning & Development Shift timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST About HighLevel: HighLevel is an AI powered, all-in-one white-label sales & marketing platform that empowers agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses to elevate their digital presence and drive growth. We also handle over 80 Terabytes of data across 5 Databases. About the Role We’re building the Learning & Development function at GoHighLevel and this role sits at the center of that build. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll work on real systems, content, and programs used across a global SaaS organization. You won’t just support, you’ll help build, run, and improve how learning works at scale. What You’ll Work On Onboarding & Learning Operations Manage onboarding workflows on Sana (our AI-native LMS) Track completion, maintain data, and conduct periodic analysis and provide meaningful insights Ensure a smooth experience for new hires globally through enabling assimilation journeys Resolve employee queries and challenges related to the LMS and learning policies LMS Management (Sana) Develop and strengthen a standard operating procedure for admins Own course assignments, catalogue hygiene, and platform quality Generate basic reports and insights on learner engagement Content Creation (AI-enabled) Build simple learning modules using AI-native tools Work with & guide internal teams to convert knowledge into structured content Program & Process Management Maintain trackers, SOPs, and documentation Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners Learning Session Execution Run sessions end-to-end (setup, communication, attendance, feedback) Analyse feedback and identify areas to improve Who You Are A recent graduate or final-year student (HR, Business, Psychology, EdTech, or related fields) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong written communicator, able to create clear, structured content Proactive and reliable - you take ownership without needing close supervision Comfortable working with tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.).
