About the position

The Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant I is responsible for designing and implementing programs that enhance the new hire orientation experience and leadership capabilities within the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that new hires are effectively oriented, equipped with essential knowledge about the company, its culture, policies, and procedures, and are set up for success in their new roles. The position plays a key role in creating a positive first impression and fostering a smooth transition into the organization.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement programs to enhance new hire orientation and leadership capabilities.

• Deliver training and development initiatives for team members and leaders.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership and organizational development.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills in both in-person and virtual environments.

• Experience in developing and delivering team member and leadership initiatives and programs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with learning management systems (LMS).
,
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with leaders and diverse teams.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.

Nice-to-haves
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, ATD Master Trainer, PCC) preferred.
