Job Description:
As a Lead Web Developer, you'll lead a team of engineers responsible for our AI self-service portal and related microservices. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to our UI/UX, building a cloud-based SaaS application with intuitive UI/UX flows. Your expertise will drive the development of high-quality, performant user interfaces, and you'll work closely with product designers, front-end engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Building high-quality, performant user interfaces that drive product-specific functionality
Collaborating with product designers on shaping UI/UX flows
Working with front-end engineers to share best practices and components
Driving API changes to build exceptional user experiences
Evaluating software and implementation options, documenting technical requirements
Designing, developing, and troubleshooting systems, sub-systems, and programs
Performing unit tests, fixing bugs, and integrating best practices
Guiding the team's software engineering best practices, documenting standards, and completing code reviews
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 in the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
3+ years of experience with T-SQL
2+ years of experience with Node.js, Entity Framework Core, and React
Experience with agile software development, Rest APIs, and microservices-based applications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have's:
Experience with Power BI Embedded, .NET Core, Python, and ML
Understanding of cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of CI/CD tools in Azure DevOps
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
