Lead Trainer
The Lead Trainer position at Aventiv is a 100% remote job with travel up to 90%. The role involves leading a team, providing training, and managing classroom environments. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in training and presentation, and knowledge of training tools and platforms.
Requirements
• Strong communication skills-verbal and written
• MS Office, knowledge and application of computer systems
• Excellent writing skills (good grammar, spelling, and punctuation)
• Experience managing the classroom in an effective and efficient manner
• Experience building relationships fostering an environment of trust and confidence with employees and customers
• Ability to multi-task and manage several training course developments under aggressive timelines
• Good crisis management skills
• Impeccable time management skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Knowledge of Citrix’s product suite (GoToMeeting, GoToTraining, and GoToWebinar)
• Ability to travel up to 90%
