The role involves engaging customers through live selling, building a community, and driving sales by creating an exciting atmosphere during livestreams. Responsibilities Host and Sell Live on Whatnot Present products confidently, explain features, and drive urgency Run auctions, bundle deals, and promotions during live shows Keep the pace exciting while maintaining clear and accurate product details Interact with viewers in real time — answer questions and shout out bidders Encourage follows, bookmarks, and repeat attendance Create a fun, welcoming vibe that builds customer loyalty Help convert buyers into repeat customers through strong customer interaction Work with our team to select featured products and plan show themes Prepare product lines, pricing, and promotional strategies ahead of streams Ensure show materials are organized and ready before going live Provide feedback on what sells, what doesn’t, and what customers respond to Help develop show formats that increase conversion and retention Review show performance and improve over time Support content posting, show announcements, and customer engagement between lives (optional but preferred) Skills Comfort speaking live on camera and engaging with viewers Strong customer interaction / communication skills Availability to livestream consistently (evenings/weekends often perform best) Basic tech confidence: you can navigate livestream tools and troubleshoot minor issues Experience with Whatnot, livestream selling, TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or Shopify Live Background in retail sales, ecommerce, auctions, or product demos Knowledge/interest in Electronics Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Company Overview Click Go and Buy is a wholesaler and refurbisher in electronics, offering products like laptops and home audio gear.
