As a seasoned project management professional, you will lead high-priority, multi-site strategic programs and drive cross-functional projects to deliver exceptional results. This is a full-time remote opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our technology and digital-led initiatives.
About the Role: As a Lead Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of project management, including leading and driving cross-functional projects, establishing processes, and ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. You will work closely with engineering teams, business leaders, and key stakeholders to support engineering efforts and drive project success. Your expertise in Agile project management, technical aptitude, and influence and negotiation skills will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large-scale, complex programs and projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams and workstreams
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery
Anticipate and mitigate risks, analyze mitigation plans, and communicate plans to stakeholders
Define, optimize, and manage Agile project management ceremonies and processes at the team-of-teams level
Lead stakeholder coordination and engagement to ensure understanding of project requirements, scope, goals, priorities, and timelines
Prepare and distribute weekly status updates, project status presentations, dashboards, risk assessments, and data-driven storytelling for leadership and executives

Required Qualifications & Skills:

7+ years of technical project/program management experience working with technical teams developing enterprise-class solutions
Technical aptitude: Understanding of Cloud, APIs, services, database technologies, technologist roles and responsibilities, capabilities & platform dependencies, software development lifecycle, engineering and/or product development
Influence and negotiation, communication, professional maturity & organizational savvy, relationship building, dependency mapping
Hands-on experience with practices such as Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall as well as extensive experience with pragmatic blending of styles to facilitate collaboration and delivery
Deep understanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps, and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD)
Significant experience in coaching and mentoring teams on project management practices including Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall
Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical project management experience in Commerce or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience in supporting large-scale, global software development programs
Agile Certifications (e.g., CSM, ACP, CPO, SAFe, LeSS)
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent relevant experience
