Lead Specialist- Account Reconciliations (ARP)

KeyBank is a national association offering banking services, and they are seeking a Lead Specialist in Account Reconciliations. The role involves managing check disbursement reporting for corporate clients and ensuring accurate operational processes within the ARP team. Responsibilities Primary focus is on moderate execution within defined parameters with some expansion to complex issues based on development. Roles at this level are responsible for moderate operational and/or administrative work Administers moderate procedures, analysis, tasks and reporting while receiving limited instructions for filing, recording, processing, servicing, recording, and/or organization of documentation associated with a product or process Reviews and ensures proper documentation or procedures are used for moderate activities Identifies and resolves moderate issues by following established guidelines. Refers more complex problems to Senior level or supervisor Provides service in relation moderate complex billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints from customers Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought but refer more complex problems to supervisors or other experts Contributes to workflow or process change and redesign and forms a strong basic understanding of the specific product or process Establishes a comfort level and good rapport with corporate clients and other internal lines of business Accountable for regular reporting and analysis requests Typically covers a broad range of responsibilities rather than focusing on one specific role Recommends and implements programs to solve routine issues Is fully proficient in duties while working under moderate to limited supervision Other duties as assigned Skills High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred Digital literacy in MS Office365 – including Intermediate - Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, & Word required Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required Demonstrate excellent customer service, verbal/written communication, and interpersonal skills Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Analytical, research, and problem resolution skills Quick learner who is not afraid to ask questions Ability to work from home 3 days per week in a quiet, private office setting with little to no distractions Benefits Incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives Company Overview At KeyBank we’ve made a promise to our clients that they will always have a champion in us.
